When should we order beanies for winter?
Aim for artwork approval around March for beanies worn in June. Custom knitted styles need longer than embroidery onto stock, and ordering at the end of one season for the next is the easiest way to avoid the rush.
Acrylic or wool blend?
Acrylic for volume, clubs and giveaways: warm, colourfast and cost-effective. Wool blend for staff gifts and merchandise where the beanie needs to feel premium.
Where does the logo sit on a cuffed beanie?
On the cuff itself, which folds up to create a flat panel at the front at eye level. It is the best embroidery position available in headwear.
Can we use a woven label instead of embroidery?
Yes. A woven or leather label gives a retail finish and holds finer detail than embroidery on knit. It costs more per unit and changes the look from promotional to product.
What is the minimum order for branded beanies?
Minimum order quantities vary by style. We are set up for bulk and repeat orders rather than one-off purchases, and unit pricing improves as quantity rises.
Do beanies come in one size?
Most are one size fits most, because the knit stretches. Youth sizing is available for junior club and school orders.
